I ordered this because it sounded like it would be just what I needed for extra storage...and it is.I also ordered it because the description stated: "Made from composite wood. Color: Laricina-white.Laricina-white is a wood grain with varying shades of white and grey."The one I got is solid, smooth white melamine, no texture wood grain effect anywhere.Yes, I could have sent it back, but it weighed almost 90 pounds, and I had no way to haul it around to return it, that's why I had it sent to my door step. Maybe they know things like that when they send something other than what is described and ordered? The only thing holding the 90 pound box together was plastic wrap, so watch out when you open it.Also one of the handles had no threads and the screw hole was so close th the edge of the handle, it probably would have split if you put a screw in it.It isn't what I ordered ..according to the description, but after almost 4 hours of assembly/adjustments (instructions are horrible!), it is serving the purpose. If you want wood grain white/gray...better not get this oneMissing pieces when received. Contacted manufacturer and received nothing to finish putting togetherIt's a good thing I can compromise and work well under pressure. The pieces do not properly assemble the way the pictures depict. I was able to modify the design to make this work. Good luck and maybe it was just my prepared package???nice cabinetThe package arrived on time. It takes two people to put together. It's helpful if one person is "handy". Separate all the different screws, nails, and other pieces before you begin. The exact number of parts are included - no more, no less. All pieces were labeled and included in my set. Separate and lay out all the boards before beginning. Each board has a letter. It's a good practice to go through all the instructions before you actually begin the project. The directions are pictures which for the most part are self explanatory. However some instructions are hard to "see" in the pictures. The most difficult part are the drawers. Pay careful attention to these instructions. The pictures are difficult to figure out. It's helpful to look at drawers you may already have in your home as a guide to figure the placement of the slides both on the drawer itself which gets one part and the cabinet which gets the other part. Maybe don't screw in the pieces all the way until you are sure it's going to work. The other difficult part are the hinges. Follow the directions and it will work out well. It took four hours to complete the project. If the cabinets don't align, play with the screws to make it work - this is where a person who is naturally "handy" come in. If the drawers don't line up, again, play with the alignment. My cabinet turned out perfect and I'm very happy with the look. The top hinged cabinet doors don't exactly line up, but it's close enough that no one will notice except for me. The finished product looks like a store-bought cabinet, well built and sturdy.let's start with the bad: I opened the box only to find the the instruction that were included were for a file cabinet. so with a quick google search I found the company web site, only to find that the link for the instruction opens to an armiore (the link is now fixed). Don't waist your time call or trying to instant massage them. Send an email to customer service, they respond with in a few hours during regular business hours. Now the good: It is fairly easy to put together for two people in a few hours, I did it by myself. I laid ever thing out making sure to have all of the parts. The cabinet went together easily. The door on the top part of the cabinet seamed to have a big gap(see pics) but were easily adjusted once I knew how to. You will need to screw in the screw closest to the door(see pic). All in all I'm very happy with this product and would buy it again. It took 3 people 4 hours to put this thing together. It didn’t start to feel even remotely sturdy until we nailed the cardboard backing into place...not sure how long it will last but after much tinkering and adjusting we finally got the doors and drawers to line up to an acceptable appearance. It is currently serving the purpose I bought the item for. There were a couple of damaged pieces but I didn’t want o bother with sending the entire thing back so I rolled with it. Once the piece was put together you can’t see the damage until you open the door so I can live with it.(Side note: ALL of the screws and little bits were in one big bag, not separated or labeled. ?)
