I ordered the 3 drawer, white, lateral file cabinet. The drawers can be set to hold files both laterially and vertically. It arrived two days earlier than expected, in excellent condition - it was well protected in the packaging. All parts were accounted for.For the assembly, there was a manual we used and my husband and I often referred to the video to look at some of the detail as we were assembling. This was very helpful.It took about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs for us both to assemble, because we were studying the parts, manual, and video. It went together as instructions explained and showed.The right side of each drawer has a black hard plastic guide piece of hardware pre-attached above the roller drawer guides. This guide causes the drawers (particularly on the right side) to initially resist closing and opening the drawers smoothly. We added petrolium jelly to the black pre-attached guide hardware. The drawers went in easier with the lubrication. Each time we opened and closed the drawers they operated much smoother.Reading a couple of reviews there seemed to be frustration with the drawers not opening and closing well. Maybe because of the lubrication and break-in period?I am very happy with the unit. I'm glad I ordered with three drawers.
