First off, this is not a Craftsman or Snap-On tool cart. This one costs you hundreds less and is clearly made overseas.Mine arrived in one piece with only a small tear in the cardboard box. This is a small (dime-sized) scratch on one side. There were also greasy fingerprints on the metal sides. This has a Harbor Freight look and smell to it.Instructions were clear and in English. The cabinet went together in less than 20 mins. The supplied wrench is fine, but a dedicated Allen set might be easier to use. Flip it over, like in the directions and it will go together in a snap.The casters are very large and sturdy. All four swivel and two are locking (rotational and swivel locking). The drawer slides are smooth and lock when fully closed. The top rubber mat is very nice, but the drawer liners might need to be replaced by something a little more durable in the future.I was looking for a stand for my 3D printer. Similar chests are over $400. This one is very modern-looking and fits the bill perfectly. I love the option of 7 drawers for storage too.
